By using Weng, you agree to these terms. Plain language version follows; the formal version lives in /docs/terms-of-service.md.
Who can use Weng
Anyone 18 or older planning a wedding. You agree to provide accurate information and to not abuse Weng AI (no harassment, no harmful content).
Subscription
Weng plus prices are listed in the app at purchase time and billed by the app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). Cancel, refund, and tax follow store policy. Auto-renews until you cancel from App Store settings. Free tier remains free forever — no card required, no auto-billing.
Content
You own everything you upload — your photos, your guest list, your story. We have a limited license to store and display this content within the Weng product so it can do its job. We never use it for other purposes.
What Weng AI is and isn't
Weng AI is a planning helper. She knows Filipino weddings. She doesn't replace legal, financial, or medical advice. For binding decisions (contracts, large payments), verify with a human professional.
Uptime + reliability
We aim for 99.5% uptime on the guest web (RSVPs, photo gallery) — these are the wedding-day-critical surfaces. Couple app and Weng AI are best-effort. No SLA.
Limitation of liability
Weng provides the planning tool. We're not liable for: missed RSVPs because a guest didn't open the link, vendor disputes, weather, or any other planning outcome. Use the app to organize; the wedding itself is on you.
